The work of this project includes providing the material, labor, equipment, and services for the replacement of the pool dehumidification air handler and condenser at Building 269 United States Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, New Jersey. The main work items of this project include: demolishing equipment indicated on project drawings, providing and installing a new direct replacement Pool Pak air handler and condenser, electrical work, controls for units integrated into the existing building management system, and connections to existing duct work.
