The work of this project included providing the material, labor, equipment, and services for the Ann Mullen Middle School HVAC Replacement in Sicklerville, New Jersey. The major work of this project comprises replacement of the HVAC systems throughout the school and the removal of fan coil units and unit ventilators, and the installation of new packaged rooftop unit systems and air handling unit systems. The scope of work for this project is as follows: gymnasium HVAC replacement, cafetorium HVAC replacement, library HVAC replacement, main corridor HVAC replacement, ventilation for administrative offices, technology wing HVAC replacement, removal and replacement of ceiling tiles for the technology wing and main corridor, Vice Principal’s office, G-Wing heating, and entrance air doors.
